Hi, I'm Baby Driver, a 3-year-old German Shepherd and Labrador Retriever mix looking for a best friend in LA, CA! At 46 pounds, I'm the perfect medium-sized companion — big enough for adventure, small enough to fit into your life. I love other dogs of all sizes and I am currently existing in a foster home with a cat. I am crate trained and house broken and I can't wait to meet you! please note All of our dogs are in private foster homes. Once you fill out an application it will be screened by our volunteer adoption team. From there, if your application looks like a good fit for the particular dog, it will be sent to the foster where you can ask all the questions you would like and schedule a meet and greet. We do not transport our dogs. If you apply from out of state we do request you come to Los Angeles to meet us and fly home in cabin or drive. www.apurposefulrescue.org
🧠 Temperament
Confident, highly trainable and deeply loyal, bred to work all day alongside a handler. They are naturally aloof with strangers and need thorough socialization to be comfortable in a crowded city.
🎾 Exercise
High — 60-90+ minutes daily plus a job to do. Scent work and obedience are ideal outlets.
✂️ Grooming
Heavy double-coat shedding year-round with two big blowouts a year. Brush several times a week.
