George is a playful dog’s dog who loves romping with his canine foster sister, meeting new friends and exploring absolutely everythiiiiing. His perfect day would include plenty of playtime, a good chew toy or treat, an interesting adventure and then a cozy nap near his people. He’s confident and curious, but also a total cuddlebug who loves being part of the family. George is crate trained, nearly house-trained and learning new commands quickly. He’s eager to please, happy to entertain himself and has even been an absolute champ about things like bath time. And there’s still plenty of curious puppy in there! George would thrive with an active family who will give him plenty of play, enrichment and opportunities to explore. A canine sibling would be a wonderful bonus, since he genuinely loves other dogs. He’s equal parts adventure buddy, enthusiastic student, goofy playmate and affectionate snuggler. He’s ready to become someone’s very best boy.

George is crate trained, nearly house-trained and learning new commands quickly. The main obstacle is paperwork, not the dog: many buildings and insurers restrict pit bull type dogs, and enforcement is based on appearance.
