BlackBerry is a 10 week old German wire Hair pointer shepherd mix. She was part of an oops litter who made her way to us along with her sister. They were raised by both mom and dad and all of their siblings. The former owners have done the right thing and gotten both parents spay and neutered. This little girl is sweet, intelligent and well socialized. We think she's going grow up to be somewhere in the 50 to 60 pound range at maturity.
Herding-type dogs are typically bright, biddable and attentive to their person, with a tendency to be watchful and sometimes reactive to fast movement.
High — 60+ minutes plus mental work.
Trainability helps a lot in the city. Socialize early to bikes, scooters and crowds.
