Hi, I'm Hazel! I'm a 3-year-old chocolate Chihuahua weighing just 9 pounds, which makes me the perfect little companion. I may be a bit shy when we first meet, but once I know I'm safe and loved, my sweet personality begins to shine. I'm also a confident, independent little lady! I don't struggle with separation anxiety, so I'm perfectly content relaxing on my own while you're at work or out running errands. Of course, I'll be just as happy to greet you when you come home and spend quality time together! I'm also housebroken, so I'm ready to settle into my new home with good manners already in place. I would love a patient family who will give me a little time to build my confidence. Once I trust you, I'll be a loyal friend who will happily stay by your side through all of life's adventures, big or small. If you're looking for a gentle, loving little companion with a big heart, I just might be the perfect match. I can't wait to meet my forever family. Much Love, Hazel

Chihuahua

🧠 Temperament

I may be a bit shy when we first meet, but once I know I'm safe and loved, my sweet personality begins to shine. Bold and deeply bonded to one or two people.

🎾 Exercise

I don't struggle with separation anxiety, so I'm perfectly content relaxing on my own while you're at work or out running errands. Low — short walks and indoor play are plenty.

✂️ Grooming

Easy for both smooth and long coats. Dental care is the real priority; small breeds are prone to tooth disease.

🏙️ In an LA apartment

I'm also housebroken, so I'm ready to settle into my new home with good manners already in place. Extremely apartment-friendly and easy to carry on the subway.
