Meet Romilly! This sweet girl has been through a lot, but she hasn’t let that stop her from looking for love. Found in Mississippi with a serious eye injury, Romilly is believed to have been attacked by another animal, leaving her permanently blind in one eye. But don’t let that fool you, this girl still has so much love to give! Romilly is sweet, affectionate, and ready to leave her difficult past behind for a future filled with cozy naps, happy moments, and a family to call her own. She may see the world a little differently, but she deserves all the same love and happiness as any other pup. Could you be the one to give Romilly her happily ever after? Every bio is just a snapshot of the animal. For more information about Romilly and to learn if she may be the right fit for your home, please reach out to our Adoptions Team. All dogs will be altered, microchipped, and receive age-appropriate vaccines prior to adoption. Interested in adopting or fostering? Need more info on this dog? 🧠 Temperament
Romilly is sweet, affectionate, and ready to leave her difficult past behind for a future filled with cozy naps, happy moments, and a family to call…. Mixed-breed dogs pull traits from several lines, which often means fewer breed-linked health problems and a temperament best judged by meeting the dog.
🎾 Exercise
Depends on the individual. A daily walk plus play is the baseline; ask the foster how the dog behaves after a quiet day.
✂️ Grooming
Varies with coat type. Short coats need little; longer or double coats need regular brushing.
🏙️ In a NYC apartment
Mixes are often excellent city dogs. Building breed restrictions are usually enforced on what a dog looks like, so ask the rescue how the dog is typically identified.
