Kashi

Kashi is the sweetest, most loving girl. She’ll roll over for belly rubs the moment she meets you and happily snuggle up in bed like she’s been your best friend forever. She’s playful, smart, and full of joy, with plenty of energy for walks, runs, and outdoor adventures, but she also has a calm, cozy side— napping in sunny spots, soaking up cuddles, and just being near her people. Foster’s Notes Even though I’ve only had Kashi a short time, I’m already going to miss her so much! She’s so affectionate, friendly with guests, and such a fun presence in the home. She’s also been great with my own senior dog. She loves cuddles, belly rubs, walks, and playing with her toys (and is adorable entertaining herself by tossing them in the air and catching it). Kashi is potty trained, lets you know when she needs to go outside, and can be left home alone without making a mess. She doesn’t shed, is very responsive, and picks up commands quickly (I was able to teach her “sit” within the first couple of days!). She’s also wonderfully expressive and loves to “chat,” so she may bark when she’s excited or wants to communicate, but she’s already responding well to gentle guidance and continued training. Ideal Home Kashi would thrive with someone who’s patient and looking for a cuddly, outdoorsy best friend. She’d do wonderfully with an active person or family who enjoys walks, sunshine, and adventures, and who can match her playful energy while also appreciating her sweet, chill side.
