Emma may be 9 years old on paper, but her soul is everlastingly young. She keeps the curiosity of a puppy while showing the wisdom of her years. Though she was rescued from a city shelter in Gangneung, South Korea, she trusts people immediately. Though she hasn’t been in the states long, Emma is already comfy and confident in her foster home. Her foster mom, who is well seasoned with fostering pups, says Emma would be the photo next to “perfect” in the dictionary. She has definitely earned such high praise with her way of wiggling into your heart. Emma loves any pets and will absolutely melt into your hand with her entire body. Almost as much as she loves affection, she is a big foodie with a healthy appetite. She knows where food comes from and will nudge her way past your legs when you open the fridge, joining in the surveying of what’s available. She’s also a dream on her walks, her ears bop with every step and occasionally she’ll enjoy a good roll in some green grass. You don’t have to wait for an adoption event. Though she hasn’t been in the states long, Emma is already comfy and confident in her foster home. Every dog is an individual — temperament depends far more on this dog's history and personality than on breed.

She’s also a dream on her walks, her ears bop with every step and occasionally she’ll enjoy a good roll in some green grass. Most adult dogs do well with 30-60 minutes of walking a day plus play and sniffing time.
