Meet Elsie, a 10-pound, two-year-old Maltese mix who was found as a stray, in Delano with no one coming forward to claim her. It’s hard to imagine how a little dog this sweet ended up alone and wandering the streets, but Elsie is ready to leave that chapter behind. She’s hoping her next stop is a loving forever home where she’ll be cherished, safe, and never lost again. Elsie may be tiny, but she has a whole lot of love to give. She is spayed, fully vaccinated, dewormed, microchipped and ready to find her people and start the happy life she deserves.
