Meet Cedric! He is a chill, mellow fellow with a beautiful smile and tons of love to give! He is very loving and loyal to his caretakers and curious about the world around him. He would be a best fit for an adopter with the breed experience, as he can be selective in his reactions to other dogs and sometimes does not feel confident around some strangers he encounters. A structured and stable life would help this boy, who has been through so much, let his guard down, trust and thrive. This is all he wants to do.
