Hey everyone, I'm Otis! I'm just a one year old kid from Kentucky, trying out the big city life! I love my play time, walks to the park, and I especially love the smells of human food. My foster parents say I'm a perfect little angel boy and give me lots of kudos when I'm brave riding the elevator. There is no such thing as a stranger to me, everyone is my friend-both humans and dogs. I'm really optimistic to find my forever family soon! Otis is approximately 1y 0m 7d old and is fully grown at 17.5 pounds. They are microchipped and up to date on all age-appropriate medical care. Their breed is unknown as we have not had a DNA test done. Although our dogs are listed as unknown breed, buildings with specific dog restrictions typically enforce their rules based on what breeds a dog appears to resemble.
