Sweet Kaia was rescued from a high impound shelter in Kern County. She is around 2 years old and weighs 47 pounds. When we first got her, she was very nervous and uncertain about life. Her remarkable fosters have helped her heal like nobody's business. She is living with 2 dogs and a cat, does amazingly well at the dog park and had her first dog beach experience. She is loving life. Kaia is housebroken and crate trained. All dogs in our program are up to date on all their shots, spayed or neutered, and micro chipped. Our dogs are in foster homes which enables us to learn more about them in a home environment. We do not place dogs on a first come first serve basis, but rather to the home best suited for them. 🧠 Temperament
Sweet Kaia was rescued from a high impound shelter in Kern County. Herding-type dogs are typically bright, biddable and attentive to their person, with a tendency to be watchful and sometimes reactive to fast movement.
