Gecko is a tiny, lovable whirlwind of paws and personality, the kind of foster puppy who is powered by pure joy and curiosity. With bright, curious eyes and ears that perk up at the faintest hint of fun, he bounces through life like every moment is a brand-new adventure. One second he’s bravely “hunting” a leaf twice his size, the next he’s tumbling into your lap for a cuddle he didn’t realize he needed. His rambunctious spirit is matched only by his sweetness—after a burst of zoomies, he melts into a warm cuddle, completely content just being close. Gecko may be small, but his heart (and energy) is absolutely enormous.
This dog's breed isn't known, so here's general guidance for mixes.
🧠 Temperament
Gecko is a tiny, lovable whirlwind of paws and personality, the kind of foster puppy who is powered by pure joy and curiosity. Every dog is an individual — temperament depends far more on this dog's history and personality than on breed.
🎾 Exercise
His rambunctious spirit is matched only by his sweetness—after a burst of zoomies, he melts into a warm cuddle, completely content just being close. Most adult dogs do well with 30-60 minutes of walking a day plus play and sniffing time.
✂️ Grooming
Brush regularly, bathe as needed, keep nails trimmed and ears clean.
🏙️ In an LA apartment
Ask the rescue about leash manners, elevator and stair comfort, alone-time tolerance, and whether the dog settles in a small space.
