This 3-year-old, 15-lb Pug mix is a snuggly, easygoing girl. Pickles was abandoned in an apartment with 7 other pugs. Her owner left for vacation and never came back, forcing their roommate to surrender Pickles to an overcrowded shelter, where she ended up giving birth to 7 puppies. Thankfully, we were able to step in and help this sweet family, and after raising her babies, the Pickle litter, in our care, this gentle girl is ready to find her forever home. She loves playing with toys, especially chewing on stuffies and playing fetch. When she’s gotten her wiggles out, she becomes a total love bug and will happily take a nap in your lap or at your side. She can be hesitant when meeting new friends, but warms up with encouragement and blossoms into a fun, spunky lady who even gets the zoomies once she feels comfortable. This smart girl is fully potty-trained and walks well on a leash. She will thrive with patient adopters who will allow her to open up at her own pace and give her all the love she deserves. 🧠 Temperament
Thankfully, we were able to step in and help this sweet family, and after raising her babies, the Pickle litter, in our care, this gentle girl is…. Mixed-breed dogs pull traits from several lines, which often means fewer breed-linked health problems and a temperament best judged by meeting the dog.

She loves playing with toys, especially chewing on stuffies and playing fetch. Depends on the individual.

Varies with coat type. Short coats need little; longer or double coats need regular brushing.

This smart girl is fully potty-trained and walks well on a leash. Mixes are often excellent city dogs.
