I'm Annie. I'm a lovely granny-12 years old 16 lbs-looking for a retirement home. Cozy is my middle name. Don't get me wrong, I love walks! I would prefer a home to myself but I could co exist with dogs and likely cats too

All of our dogs are in private foster homes. Once you fill out an application it will be screened by our volunteer adoption team. From there, if your application
looks like a good fit for the particular dog, it will be sent to the foster where you can ask all the questions you would like and schedule a meet and greet.
Every dog is an individual — temperament depends far more on this dog's history and personality than on breed. The rescue's write-up is the best guide.
Most adult dogs do well with 30-60 minutes of walking a day plus play and sniffing time.
Ask the rescue about leash manners, elevator and stair comfort, alone-time tolerance, and whether the dog settles in a small space.
