Hi! I'm Eggbelt but my friends call me "Eggy"! So nice to meet you! I'm a 6 month old little poodle/terrier mix (best guess) I suffered some major trauma before being rescued from the shelter-broken bones including my jaw but I got all fixed up! I am sight impaired-although not phased one bit! I am great with everyone and everything. A total love machine. I cannot wait to meet you so if you wanna be my BFF call me, ok? *please note All of our dogs are in private foster homes. Once you fill out an application it will be screened by our volunteer adoption team. From there, if your application looks like a good fit for the particular dog, it will be sent to the foster where you can ask all the questions you would like and schedule a meet and greet.
This dog's breed isn't known, so here's general guidance for mixes.
🧠 Temperament
Every dog is an individual — temperament depends far more on this dog's history and personality than on breed. The rescue's write-up is the best guide.
🎾 Exercise
Most adult dogs do well with 30-60 minutes of walking a day plus play and sniffing time.
✂️ Grooming
Brush regularly, bathe as needed, keep nails trimmed and ears clean.
🏙️ In an LA apartment
Ask the rescue about leash manners, elevator and stair comfort, alone-time tolerance, and whether the dog settles in a small space.
