Hi I'm Vixen. Yep-I'm a supermodel. I'm 5 years old. Smart as a whip! GSD lovers will adore me! I do have EPI which is very common with GSD's and it just means I have to stay on a certain diet and supplement for my life. Easy breezy. The hard part (diagnostics ) are all done and now that we know why I was not able to gain weight I'm golden! good with dogs. Not cats. I like to chase those little creatures. I am crate trained. Would benefit with ongoing leadership and training. I'm super loyal and loving and I love road trips! Can't wait to meet you! *please note All of our dogs are in private foster homes. Once you fill out an application it will be screened by our volunteer adoption team. From there, if your application looks like a good fit for the particular dog, it will be sent to the foster where you can ask all the questions you would like and schedule a meet and greet.

High — 60-90+ minutes daily plus a job to do. Scent work and obedience are ideal outlets.

Heavy double-coat shedding year-round with two big blowouts a year. Brush several times a week.

Demanding in an apartment: large, vocal and often reactive to the constant stimulus of a city street. Very doable for an experienced owner, hard for a first-timer.
