Hi I'm Zelda. Darling little pixie Husky! I flutter around like I have wings. I weigh around 42 lbs I am 10 months old Learning ALL the stuff at my foster home-house training, crate training, socialization and I am doing GREAT! I'm a youngster so I will need continued reinforcment in a new home. I love other dogs. Currently fostered with a pack of dogs and I can't wait to meet you *please note All of our dogs are in private foster homes. Once you fill out an application it will be screened by our volunteer adoption team. From there, if your application looks like a good fit for the particular dog, it will be sent to the foster where you can ask all the questions you would like and schedule a meet and greet.
🧠 Temperament
Independent, playful and famously stubborn. Huskies were bred to run for hours and are generally friendly with everyone — they make poor guard dogs and excellent escape artists.
🎾 Exercise
Very high — 90+ minutes of real exertion daily. Under-exercised huskies dig, howl and escape.
✂️ Grooming
Thick double coat that sheds enormously twice a year. Frequent brushing is not optional.
