Meet Deuce: 50% gentle explorer, 50% couch potato, and 100% sweetheart! Deuce is about as calm, sweet, and mild-mannered as they come. Since settling into his foster home, this handsome boy has proven to be an absolute dream housemate. He is fully housetrained on a routine, non-reactive on neighborhood strolls, and walks with a casual, curious strut. When it comes to training, Deuce is an attentive listener who already knows his basic cues (sit, down, stay) and will gladly show off his skills for a tasty treat or enthusiastic praise. At home, Deuce's favorite hobby is simply being near his people. Whether he’s snoozing on his bed nearby, leaning in against your legs for some gentle pets, or keeping his favorite plush rhino close, his easygoing vibe brings instant peace to the room. He even happily leaned into his post-shelter bath without batting an eye! Deuce is the total package: smart, affectionate, and low-maintenance. If you have an open spot on the sofa and plenty of love to give, Deuce is ready to be your most loyal shadow. Deuce is approximately 9y 1m 20d old and is fully grown at 61 pounds. They are microchipped and up to date on all age-appropriate medical care. Their breed is unknown as we have not had a DNA test done. Although our dogs are listed as unknown breed, buildings with specific dog restrictions typically enforce their rules based on what breeds a dog appears to resemble.
