A NYC estimate for a dog this size and coat. Excludes the adoption fee and anything unexpected.
Fully grown at about 36 lbs.
Hercules is a calm and gentle boy who loves being close to his person. Once he finds someone he trusts, he likes to stay nearby and follow them around the home. He is curious about people he meets on walks and may stop to sniff them, but if they aren’t interested, he easily moves on and redirects his attention back to his person. He has also been very calm around other dogs so far and seems mostly unbothered when they approach or sniff him. Hercules loves squeaky stuffed toys and will happily carry his favorites around the apartment, sometimes making the cutest little whining noises while he plays. He is also very food-motivated and a quick learner. He already knows “sit” extremely well, even without a treat, and is eager to learn more! Hercules is approximately 4y 0m 7d old and is fully grown at 36 pounds. They are microchipped and up to date on all age-appropriate medical care. Their breed is unknown as we have not had a DNA test done. Although our dogs are listed as unknown breed, buildings with specific dog restrictions typically enforce their rules based on what breeds a dog appears to resemble. It's always important to keep that in mind and know your building's policies before adopting a dog. This dog is available for adoption through Muddy Paws Rescue. If you're interested in adopting, the first thing you should do is begin the registration process at www.muddypawsrescue.org.
