Meet Mr. Meatloaf! 🥰 When Mr. Meatloaf first arrived in New York, the big city and all its new sights, sounds, and smells were a little overwhelming. He was very shy and scared, and it took some time for him to feel safe. Little by little, Meatloaf is starting to come out of his shell—and it’s pretty adorable to watch. ❤️ He is a sweet, nervous, goofy, and wonderfully ditsy boy whose silly personality is beginning to shine through. Once he’s comfortable, you get to see the lovable goofball hiding underneath that shy exterior. Meatloaf is especially attached to his foster mom and foster brother, who are his safe place. He looks to them for comfort and reassurance while he adjusts to his new world. He would love a patient, understanding family who will let him take things at his own pace. In return, they’ll get a tender-hearted, quirky little guy with so much love to give. Mr. Meatloaf is still figuring things out, but every day brings more of those sweet, silly moments that make him so special. 🐾❤️ Mr. Meatloaf is approximately 3y 1m 1d old and is fully grown at 26 pounds. They are microchipped and up to date on all age-appropriate medical care. Their breed is unknown as we have not had a DNA test done. Although our dogs are listed as unknown breed, buildings with specific dog restrictions typically enforce their rules based on what breeds a dog appears to resemble. It's always important to keep that in mind and know your building's policies before adopting a dog. This dog is available for adoption through Muddy Paws Rescue.
