Atticus is an incredible find! He was in an overflow building in an extremely high kill Shelter. I laid my eyes on him and knew he was special.He is underweight at 49 pounds. He has not had the best life, but somehow through whatever he went thru, he is the most well balanced and sweet dog. He would be great in any environment. He just fits right in wherever he goes. Atticus walks beautifully on a Leah too. All dogs in our program are up to date on all their shots, spayed or neutered, and micro chipped. Our dogs are in foster homes which enables us to learn more about them in a home environment. We do not place dogs on a first come first serve basis, but rather to the home best suited for them. 🧠 Temperament
He has not had the best life, but somehow through whatever he went thru, he is the most well balanced and sweet dog. Every dog is an individual — temperament depends far more on this dog's history and personality than on breed.
🎾 Exercise
Atticus walks beautifully on a Leah too. Most adult dogs do well with 30-60 minutes of walking a day plus play and sniffing time.
✂️ Grooming
Brush regularly, bathe as needed, keep nails trimmed and ears clean.
