- !Not good with cats
Panda was surrendered by her previous family due to a severe child allergy, leaving her in urgent need of a new home before facing a local shelter. She is a house-trained 4-year-old mix who has already mastered living in a home environment. Indoors, she is respectful of the space and does not destroy furniture. Outdoors and during playtime, her high intelligence and natural energy shine through. She interacts warmly with children and greets other dogs socialized and friendly. Due to her mix background, she has an instinct to chase cats, so a cat-free household is required. Panda combines the quick wit of a Border Collie with the playful, affectionate nature of a Husky. She forms quick bonds with people and thrives when included in daily family activities. An active individual or family looking for a smart, engaging dog will find her a seamless fit. A home without cats where she can get regular physical and mental exercise is ideal. She is fully house-trained, spayed, vaccinated, and ready to transition directly into her next home.
🧠 Temperament
She interacts warmly with children and greets other dogs socialized and friendly. Independent, playful and famously stubborn.
🎾 Exercise
Outdoors and during playtime, her high intelligence and natural energy shine through. Very high — 90+ minutes of real exertion daily.
✂️ Grooming
Thick double coat that sheds enormously twice a year. Frequent brushing is not optional.
🏙️ In an LA apartment
One of the harder city breeds: vocal, high-energy, heat-sensitive and rarely reliable off leash. Needs an owner ready to run in the cold.
