If you are looking for a true puppy and furry best friend, look no further than Sierra! Everything about her is classic puppy - from her soft belly and ears to her expressive eyes and her personality: curious, playful and a sweet mush who loves to give kisses and nap in your lap! She is still figuring things out but is proving to be a quick learner. Sierra’s interests include her toys, exploring every inch of her space, cuddling, and keeping an eye on everyone in the house. Sierra is approximately 0y 3m 0d old and may be 43 to 53 pounds when fully grown. They are microchipped and up to date on all age-appropriate medical care. Their breed is unknown as we have not had a DNA test done. Although our dogs are listed as unknown breed, buildings with specific dog restrictions typically enforce their rules based on what breeds a dog appears to resemble. It's always important to keep that in mind and know your building's policies before adopting a dog. This dog is available for adoption through Muddy Paws Rescue. If you're interested in adopting, the first thing you should do is begin the registration process at www.muddypawsrescue.org. If you are already a registered adopter with Muddy Paws Rescue, please email us at adoptionmeetings@muddypawsrescue.org.

🧠 Temperament
Everything about her is classic puppy - from her soft belly and ears to her expressive eyes and her personality: curious, playful and a sweet mush…. Every dog is an individual — temperament depends far more on this dog's history and personality than on breed.
🎾 Exercise
Most adult dogs do well with 30-60 minutes of walking a day plus play and sniffing time.
✂️ Grooming
Brush regularly, bathe as needed, keep nails trimmed and ears clean.
🏙️ In a NYC apartment
It's always important to keep that in mind and know your building's policies before adopting a dog. Ask the rescue about leash manners, elevator and stair comfort, alone-time tolerance, and whether the dog settles in a small space.
